Warranty Terms

All TATTU batteries manufactured and shipped from the Grepow warehouse carry a 12-month limited manufacturer warranty from the date of shipment.

What Is Covered

12 MONTHS - FROM DATE OF SHIPMENT

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship

  • Product quality failures under normal operating conditions

  • BMS or cell faults not caused by misuse or external damage

  • Defects identified within the warranty period with valid proof of purchase
